With this feature, the NeosHelp device notifies you of its battery level via SMS.This is a highly useful feature, especially for the elderly and/or those with disabilities, as it allows them or their family members to be alerted by a sound.

No Movement Alarm

This customizable alarm goes off when the device detects no user movement for a set period of time. Suitable for the elderly as well as lone workers.Thanks to the non-movement function, you can alert the emergency services .

Pre-recorded Message

People receiving the distress call can listen to a standard or customized message. This is a crucial feature if distress calls are received from phones without a display. Emergency responders will immediately know who is calling and where.
