Why does the device keep calling other numbers even when I answer the alarm call?
NeosHelp2026-01-27T14:40:17+01:00NeosHelp was designed and engineered to meet the highest security standards. The device cannot determine whether the call was answered by a person or, for example, an answering machine or other device, so it will continue to call other numbers for the duration set as "Alarm Duration," which is 600 seconds by default.
To interrupt the call cycle, the person answering the call must send the device an SMS from their mobile phone with the following text:
psw:1234;terminate
Also, to interrupt the call cycle, you can dial #4231 from the phone keypad while in conversation with NeosHelp.
How do I stop the alarm SMS that NeosHelp sends to the set numbers?
NeosHelp2026-01-23T15:29:59+01:00To stop sending alarm text messages before the "Alarm Duration" setting expires, which is 600 seconds by default, simply send the device a text message from your mobile phone with the following text:
psw:1234;alarm off
This will stop the device from sending alarm text messages to the preset numbers. If the message was entered correctly, the device will respond with a confirmation message.

What happens if after the alarm has stopped, the device is still in the alarm mode (man down alarm, no movement alarm) that generated the calls and/or text messages?
Fabio Gasparrini2025-06-18T16:06:36+02:00If the device, after having stopped the alarm, is still in the alarm mode that generated it, it will behave as if it were a new alarm and will restart the alarm in the set alarm mode. It is possible to delay the activation of the new alarm through the configuration in the <> menu. By activating this function, the new alarm will not be regenerated, in the set modes, until the time set for the new enabling has elapsed, by default it has been set to 300 seconds. Naturally, if a new alarm function were to be generated in the meantime, it will be regularly executed.
